David Koch is proud of the giant blueberry from Australia, which broke the Guinness World Record

“This thing weighs 20.4 grams! It’s amazing!” he exclaimed. “This is the heaviest blueberry in the world!” Blueberries grown by St. Marys farmer Craig Simmons surpassed the previous world record of 11.8 grams set by a Canadian farmer in 2016. Koch expressed his admiration for Simmons’ achievement. “Congratulations, Craig!” he said. “This is an incredible achievement, and we are all very proud of you.” Simmons has been growing berries for 20 years, and he said he was extremely proud of what he was able to achieve. “It’s just amazing,” he said. “We are very glad that we were able to break the world record.” Simmons stated that his blueberries are the result of hard work and perseverance. “It was a long road, but it was all worth it,” he said. “We hope that our achievement will inspire other Australian farmers to do great things.”.
