Back to school

West Valley Community Services (WVCS) is looking for volunteers and donors to support its annual Back-To-School event, set for Aug. 3 at Old Navy in San Jose’s Westgate Mall.

The program is intended to boost the morale of TK-12 students in the Cupertino nonprofit’s service area by providing them with a backpack and new clothes for the upcoming school year.

To volunteer for the event or for more information, contact WVCS’s manager of volunteer services at 408-255-8033, ext. 303 or volunteer@wvcommunityservices.org.
