For comparison, the overall average price of real estate in Alameda, Piedmont and Oakland during the last week was $1.9 million, or $891 per square foot. A total of 20 home sales were recorded for the period with an average square footage of 2,076 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

For the purpose of this top 10 list, we included real estate that sold for between $10 and $10,000,000.
