On Monday in a letter, A’s owner John Fisher apologized to the fanbase for not being able to keep the team in the Bay Area. Next season the team is scheduled to begin a three-year stint in Sacramento at Sutter Health Park, home of the Triple-A Sacramento River Cats, while they wait for a new stadium to be built in Las Vegas.
