PETTY THEFT: 10:29 a.m. at 76 Gas on Los Gatos Boulevard. A man told police that he was being attacked and someone was stealing cigarettes before the line disconnected.

PETTY THEFT: 11:02 p.m. at Watkins Way. A caller reported that someone stole a package with a box of chocolates and an advent calendar worth about $250.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: 12:31 a.m. at Netflix on Albright Way. A caller reported that they were worried that a man standing in front of the building’s lobby would try to steal furniture.
