Amber Heard is expecting her second child.
The “Aquaman” star confirmed the news to People, with a spokesperson for Heard sharing that “It is still quite early in the pregnancy, so you will appreciate that we do not want to go into much detail at this stage. Suffice to say that Amber is delighted both for herself and Oonagh Paige.”
Already mom to 3-year-old daughter Oonagh Paige, Heard announced the news of her daughter, who was born via surrogate in April of 2021, months after she was born.
It’s unclear whether Heard herself is pregnant this time around or if she is again using a surrogate.
“Four years ago, I decided I wanted to have a child. I wanted to do it on my own terms,” she shared in an Instagram post at the time.

“I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way. I hope we arrive at a point in which it’s normalized to not want a ring in order to have a crib. A part of me wants to uphold that my private life is none of anyone’s business. I also get that the nature of my job compels me to take control of this.”
Heard, who was previously married to Johnny Depp, also said her daughter was “the beginning of the rest of my life.”
Heard and Depp’s marriage ended in divorce after 15 months and sparked a highly publicized defamation trial in 2022.
Following the legal battle, Heard moved abroad to Madrid, Spain, with her daughter, noting that she wants to focus on family. “I get to be a mom, like, full time, you know? Where I’m not having to juggle calls with lawyers,” she said in an NBC interview.
A source told People, she moved overseas because “The trial was beyond stressful, and she wanted to start fresh.”
