Taco Bell is revisiting its Cantina Chicken Menu, which it launched with a lot of fanfare last March.
The menu was intended to boost lunchtime visits by introducing chicken tacos, burritos and bowls.
The Irvine-based fast food chain will officially debut what it describes as its all-new Caliente Cantina Chicken menu on Thursday, Feb. 27. But rewards members can get an early taste through the Taco Bell app, according to a news release.
The strategy is the same, but with the addition of Caliente Sauce, a new condiment made with red jalapeños.

Items include soft and crispy tacos at about $2.99 each; a burrito at $5.99; a quesadilla at $6.49; and a chicken bowl with rice, black beans, iceberg lettuce, shreddedpurple cabbage, pico de gallo, reduced-fat sour cream, guacamole and cheddar cheese at $7.99.
Customers will be able to add Caliente Sauce to other Taco Bell items for an extra charge, the news release said.
Also new at Taco Bell, but for a limited time, are Birthday Cake Churros.
The original Chicken Cantina menu was one of the reveals at a 2024 fan event called Live Más LIVE. Taco Bell is reprising the event in Brooklyn on Tuesday, March 4, when it is expected to announce many of its plans for 2025.
