Steph Curry is making a splash in San Francisco’s commercial real estate game.
Curry’s business conglomerate, Thirty Ink, announced plans to move its headquarters from the South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood to Dogpatch. The move calls for the demolition of a two-story commercial building constructed in 1972 to make room for the company’s five-story, 24,691 square foot development at 600 20th St.

The new office will house Curry’s eight businesses and 13 entities. According to the press release, Thirty Ink focuses on endeavors around athlete management, brand, lifestyle, impact, media philanthropy and technology.
Arms of the business collective include the point guard’s Gentleman’s Cut bourbon; multimedia production company Unanimous; and Underrated, youth basketball and golf programs.

Thirty Ink is also partnered with Curry and his wife’s Eat Learn Play foundation and his Curry Brand apparel line with Under Armour.
Dogpatch, the home of Curry’s new headquarters, is one of several neighborhoods in San Francisco that’s quickly evolving. An extension of Mission Bay, home of Chase Center, Dogpatch is undergoing a transformation centered around Pier 70, a developing 28-acre mixed-use project.
The 36-year-old Curry has earned roughly $410 million in his 16-year NBA career on the court. Through endorsement deals and off-court business ventures, Sportico estimated his total combined earnings to exceed $1 billion.
Curry signed a one-year, $62 million extension with the Warriors that keeps him under contract through 2026. The all-time 3-point record holder is a four-time NBA champion, 11-time All-Star, four-time scoring champion and two-time league MVP.
