Universal Studios Hollywood is offering a buy-one-get-one-free deal during the peak summer season — but that free second ticket comes with a catch.
The Universal Studios Hollywood 2-for-1 ticket deal is good now through Dec. 18.
There are no blackout restrictions on the first ticket with prices ranging from $109 to $154 depending on the date selected.
The twist comes with the second ticket which can be used only on 16 select dates: July 6, 13, 20, 27; Sept. 7, 14, 21, 28; Oct. 5, 12, 19, 26; Nov. 27, 29, 30 or Dec. 1.

The second ticket can’t be used in June, August and most of December. The July, September and October dates all fall on Saturdays. The November and December dates fall on either side of Thanksgiving Day.
Parking is not included.
The tickets can’t be used for Halloween Horror Nights.
Unused tickets will be forfeited.
