The Habit Burger Grill won big in a recent fast food poll by USA Today 10Best Reader’s Choice Awards and will celebrate by giving its loyalty members a free Double Char.
Results were announced Wednesday, July 17, in six fast food and fast casual categories.
The Irvine-based chain came in first for best fast food burger, the Double Char, and best fast food side, tempura green beans, according to a news release.

Habit Burger is offering its CharClub members the free burger with a $5 minimum purchase. The offer will be automatically added to the accounts of existing members between July 19-30. New members have until Sept. 18 to register and get the deal, the news release said.
Nominees to the 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards are submitted by a panel of experts and evaluated by editors, according to the contest website.
Contests are launched on Monday and last four weeks. During that time, readers can vote once per category per day.
