Scarecrow contest
The Saratoga Chamber of Commerce is accepting submissions for its annual scarecrow contest.
Scarecrows must be homemade, and participants must live in Saratoga or have a business in the city. Entrants can drop off their scarecrows at the Chamber’s office at 14460 Big Basin Way until Sept. 27, and the scarecrows will be on display in the Saratoga Village until Nov. 1.
A panel of judges will evaluate and score the scarecrows in four categories: most creative, scariest, most original and funniest. The judges will select one winner in each category, who will receive a $60 gift card to a Saratoga restaurant.
For more information about guidelines and submissions, visit saratogachamber.org or email info@saratogachamber.org.
