Anaheim Police arrested the 26-year-old Torrance woman and Disneyland annual passholder on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at Disney California Adventure on suspicion of trespassing, according to police spokesperson Sgt. Matt Sutter.
The woman in the video attempted to bring her children into Disney California Adventure without paying for tickets, something she has done before, according to Disneyland officials.
Disneyland and DCA allow children under the age of 3 into the parks for free when accompanied by a paying adult.
The woman was uncooperative with Disneyland’s security team and the Anaheim Police Department was notified, according to Disneyland officials. Police booked the woman and released her with a citation.
Police said the woman was suspected of bringing the kids into the park without paying at least four times in the past two months.
Disneyland offered to let the woman buy tickets for the children and stay in the park, but she refused the offer, police said.

Video posted to social media showed the woman yelling obscenities as police and park security lead her past the Jumpin’ Jellyfish ride in the Paradise Gardens area of DCA.
Xavier Hart, who posted a video of the arrest to TikTok, heard DCA visitors saying “The poor kids” and “I can’t believe they’re doing this to her” as the woman was led through the park to a backstage area.
The children were crying “Ayudeme” — Spanish for “help me” — as they walked in front of the handcuffed woman.
