Saratoga High band places 2nd at regional championships in LA

Saratoga High School’s Marching Band and Color Guard placed second in a field of 33 competitors at the Western Band Association Regional Championships held Nov. 4-5 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. Saratoga’s percussion section was awarded the highest score in its category.

Building on that success, Saratoga High’s Percussion Studio has been selected as one of the performing ensembles at the Midwest Band and Orchestra Clinic in Chicago in late December, marking the fourth time a Saratoga High ensemble has been chosen to perform at this conference and the first time the percussion section has earned this honor.
