Caller tells cops Miley Cyrus music is ‘blasting’ from Los Gatos house

BURGLARY: 6:16 a.m. at Boichik Bagels on Los Gatos Boulevard. A caller reported that a window at the business had been broken.

Dec. 7

JUVENILE DISTURBANCE: 1:57 p.m. at the Pastaria on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A group of juveniles were throwing things off the roof.

PETTY THEFT: 10:02 p.m. at Safeway on North Santa Cruz Avenue. Two juveniles reportedly stole six cases of alcohol from the store.

Dec. 6

STOLEN VEHICLE: 1:40 p.m. A caller reported that her ex-husband, who passed away in August, took their RV in 2017, and his girlfriend refuses to give it  back.

NOISE DISTURBANCE: 11:13 p.m. at Spencer and Ferris avenues. The occupants of a house were reportedly “blasting” Miley Cyrus music.

PETTY THEFT: 8:13 a.m. on Zena Avenue. A caller reported that their mailbox was broken into, and a Christmas gift and other mail had been stolen.

Dec. 3

MUNI CODE VIOLATION: 2:11 p.m. at Belgatos Park on Belgatos Lane. Two people were riding motorcycles in the park.
