Vu remained in custody Friday at the Martinez Detention Facility in lieu of $275,000 bail, according to jail records.
Authorities did not release information immediately on how Vu’s crimes came to their attention. They did say that he’s accused of committing the crimes inside the salon.
Police said they have reason to believe that Vu victimized more than one person and urged anyone who may have information to contact Det. Clifton Huffmaster at 925-671-5080.
